Cal Pump Torpedo Bio Filter 2000

Cal Pump introduces the first bio filter that can be back flushed without turning off the pump. The complete back flushing operation is performed in just a few minutes. An innovative rotating cartridge with integral sweeping brush action aids in the back flushing of organic material. These easy steps take only a few minutes, and your filtration system is back in operation. The ease of operation ensures more frequent cleanings, reducing strain on your system components, and promoting a healthier pond.

œ 1" diameter bio balls (filtration media) included, totaling 3,250 square inches (21,000 square centimeters)

œ Sturdy polypropylene/glass matrix tank and stainless steel are durable and corrosion-resistant. Tank is UV protected.

œ Back flush is done while the pump is operating. A simple pull and turn of the valve/knob releases all organic material through the back flush port.

œ Equipped with 1 1/2" MNPT on intake and discharge ports.

œ The back flush port is a 1" MNPT. A ball valve with 3/4" garden hose thread is included.

œ 5 year limited warranty on filter body.
